ELIGIBILITY: To enter the 2024 $10,000 Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you must be at the time of entry (i) a legal Michigan resident who physically resides in Michigan; (ii) 21 years of age or older; and (iii) a member of Sponsor’s Exclusive Rewards.

Exclusive Rewards membership is free; Exclusive Rewards membership has no obligations, and members may end their membership at any time. Information about Exclusive Rewards and how to become a Exclusive Rewards member can be found at https://exclusivemi.com/exclusive-rewards/.

Employees of Sponsor or its affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 12th, 2024, and ends at 9:59 p.m. ET on August 1, 2024.

HOW TO ENTER: There are three ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) online entry;(b) in-store entry; and (iii) mail-in entry. The choice of entry method will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.
(a)  Online Entry: Entry is available for every 3rd purchase/punch (must redeem punches in person). To redeem your online entry, please provide your punch card for stamping at checkout. For purposes of clarity, eligible entrants will be able to redeem one punch for every purchase online at https://exclusivemi.com/.
(b)  In-Store Entry: Entry is available for every 3rd purchase/punch (must redeem punches in person). To redeem your in-store entry, ask your Budtender to stamp your punch card at checkout. For purposes of clarity, eligible entrants will be able to redeem one punch for every purchase.
(c)  Mail-In Entry (AMOE): To enter the Sweepstakes without a purchase, please print the following information on a 3”x5” card: the words “Exclusive 10k Sweepstakes,” your first and last name, date of birth, address (no P.O. boxes accepted), city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, and the words “I agree to the Official Rules.” Then mail the completed 3”x5” card in a stamped business envelope to: Exclusive Brands., RE: Exclusive 10k Sweepstakes, Exclusive Brands 38701 W 7 Mile Rd Suite 160 Livonia MI 48152. Each mail-in card will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11:59 pm EST on July 31, 2024.

Limit eighteen (18) entries per Exclusive member, regardless of method(s) of entry. Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, mechanically reproduced, falsified, mutilated, damaged, altered or otherwise irregular, misdirected entries, or entries not received for any other reason will be void and disqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries to receive the prize package listed below:
– One (1) $10,000 Winner.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $10,000.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
PLEASE NOTE: All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where not prohibited, affidavit of eligibility (including SSN), prize acceptance form, tax information, publicity release, and/or mutually acceptable liability releases may be required from the winner if requested by Sponsor. Prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Because the value of the prize exceeds $600, the winner’s social security number or taxpayer I.D. will be required in order to issue a Form 1099-MISC showing prize ARV as income to winner. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein relating to a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

RANDOM DRAW & ODDS OF WINNING: On or about August 1, 2024, a random draw will be conducted from all entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Selected entrant will be notified by email and/or one phone call (at Sponsor’s discretion), using the information provided on the entrant’s Punch Card Entry Ticket within 24 hours of winner selection. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for, and each entrant releases and holds harmless the Releasees from and against, any and all losses, damages, actions, demands, liabilities, or claims of whatever nature or kind arising out of, or in connection with a prize or any portion thereof or this Sweepstakes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasees will not be responsible for any typographical or other error in the printed or other related material related of this Sweepstakes, the administration of the Sweepstakes, the selection of entrants, in the announcement of the prize, including erroneous appearance of qualification for the prize, any entries or entrants disqualified for any of the reasons stated in these Official Rules, or any loss, damage or claims caused by, or in any way related to the prize or the Sweepstakes itself.
